An article “New Approach to Metrology in Nanotechnology” uploaded. Published in Technical Physics Letters (Pis’ma v Zhurnal Tekhnicheskoі Fiziki), 2010, Vol. 36, No. 20, pp. 21–28. Notions of a fractional method of control in nanotechnology are presented and a key stage of the method is described that is related to determining the shape and dimensions of nanoobjects based on their scanning electron microscopy images obtained at various convergence angles of the electron probe.

Published in Nanotechnology magazin (Журнал Нанотехника) № 3(19), 2009, С. 5 – 12. The complex environmental problems associated with nanoparticlesand their production discussed. Their solution requires the adoption of security standards and technical regulations based on the characteristics of a three-pronged: the size-structure-cut offered.
An article “Principles of Nanomaterial Control for the Development of Safety Standards as Illustrated by Establishing the Laws of Nanostructuring in CayLa1-yF3-y and LaxCa1-xF2+x“ uploaded. Published in Technical Physics Letters (Pis’ma v Zhurnal Tekhnicheskoі Fiziki), 2009, Vol. 35, No. 3, pp. 224–227. The general principles of ecological safety control over nanomaterials are formulated. Specific features of this control for materials in the form of solid solutions are illustrated by the laws of nanostructuring in fluorite-like CayLa1-yF3-y and LaxCa1-xF2+x systems.
