The problem of measurement in the nanotechnology industry – a key at this time. This task involved many scientific teams worldwide. But an adequate idea of a solution of the characterization of large arrays of nanoscale objects is not currently offered.
A lot of scientific teams try to find a way to solve the problem. Fragmentation and lack of adequate ideas leads to the loss of time and slows down development in this direction.
We proposed the way to solves this problem. OUr approach is theoretically verified. And we starting it’s implementation.
Work being done by our team, show that a practical solution to problems of measurement exists. And we want to share it.
